SBWin Converter 3.2.0 Portable Edition Released

SBWin 3.2.0 PE (Portable Edition), the SEGA Genesis ROM converter for Windows,  has been released. This release is identical to the current release of SBWin Converter, except that it requires no installation; it can be run directly from the folder. You can download it now on the following page:  http://www.codeisle.com/products/sega-rom-converter/ This is the first time SBWin Converter has been released as a portable application, so it is more of an experiment, but should function correctly.
