Version 3 Release Candidate 2 of SBWin, the SEGA Genesis (Megadrive) ROM converter, will be released in early October. It is currently complete, and is undergoing testing before release for download.
The first stable version of SBWin 3.0, the SEGA Genesis (Megadrive) ROM converter, has been pushed back.
